With over 17-years of experience, Ibi Cole is a Principal Agent and Senior Consultant with expertise in Real Property and Tangible Asset Valuation services.

Lulu Cole has managed and operated a team of over six analysts for the past several years. Her expertise is in data analysis ranging from large condominium complexes to government buildings.

Donn joined Cole Consulting in 2018, with a seven-year background in commercial real estate analytics. He also carries a background in customer relations and communications.

James Worden, is an Illinois Certified General Appraiser and a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP). Jim’s range of professional experience spans a broad arena of commercial and residential real estate types, since 1986.

Michael Kay is an Illinois Certified General Appraiser and Member of the Appraisal Institute. His diverse background and expertise is in commercial real estate valuation among a list of various financial institutions.
